RECREATIONAL PROGRAM 2012-2013
(No class on February 16th and May 11th 2013)
Registration will take place from March 8th to 30th with Isandre, Nicolas, Pascal or Dung only. Full payment is required upon registration.
Please note that a minimum of 4 inscriptions is needed in order for the class to take place. Groups of 8 climbers maximum (ratio : 1 instructor / 4 climbers).

Mico (introductory level 10-12yrs) 12 classes of 1.5hrs/$230 + taxes
This is an introduction course for beginners looking to develop their climbing skills in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Give us your little monkeys once a week and we will transform them into future climbers! Program features: games, fitness, discovery of movement, team work and TONS of climbing. PLUS, participants will learn climbing basics such as putting on a harness, tying an 8-knot and learning to belay top rope if the instructor deems them ready.

This is an introduction course for beginners looking to develop their climbing skills in a fun and relax
ed atmosphere. This course is for teenagers looking to learn more about the sport, develop their technique and physical fitness in order to advance their mastery of the art of climbing. PLUS, participants will learn climbing basics, such as putting on a harness, tying an 8-knot and learning to belay top rope if the instructor deems them ready.

For youth who are passionate about climbing and who are looking to commit to training and strive for excellence. This is a team of driven coaches and participants looking to stand out on the junior competitive circuits, in Quebec and in Canada.
Program personalized according to the competition schedule.
2 weekly trainings
Tuesday 5:45 PM – 8:30 PM and Saturday 9:15 AM -12PM
Pre-requisites:
● For athletes having obtained a solid base of training through the Bonobo program or equivalent.
● Top rope accreditation (mandatory)

For those who which to excel and who have a true interest in competition climbing. This program is for athletes who have the potential to take on the challenge of competing in national and international competitions. This program strives for success through the commitment from the participants, strategic planning, minimizing weaknesses as well as teamwork and mental preparation.
3 weekly trainings
Tuesday 5:45 PM – 8:30 PM, Thursday 5:45 PM to 8:30 PM and Saturday 9:15 AM -12PM
Pre-requisites:
● For athletes having reached a level of excellence through the Hanuman program or equivalent.
● Lead accreditation required
● Experience in competition climbing
