This conference will touch upon the basics of nutrition and climbing, how to eat and hydrate during and aournd workouts and in every day life, including examples for vegans and vegetarians. The 45 minute conference will be followed by a 15 minute question period.

About Judith Perrault
Judith has her bachelor in nutrition (2007) and a masters in sports nutrition (2010) from the University of Montreal. She has collaborated with many national teamsaffiliates with the Institut national du sport du Québec (water polo and synchronized swimming), she has participated in many projects with cycling teams and has spoken at many conferences targeting different groups of athletes (badminton, squash, tennis, triathlon, road dance, etc.). For over 10 years, she has been helping active individuals, from beginners to elite athletes, nourish themselves effectively to improve their performances.
Judith practices cycling, swimming and began climbing just a few years ago.
Also, on February 11th and 21st, we have workshops on stretching for climbing with James Rouzier, physiotherapist.
The sessions are an hour each and are free with any paid access to the gym. Material covered in this workshop:
- When and why should you stretch.
- What are the risks and benefits of stretching.
- Which stretching exercises are best for climbers.
- Participants will be able to test various stretching exercises with the supervision of a physiotherapist
