LEVEL UP PROGRAM
The 100 day Level Up program is a great way to be initiated into the world of climbing training with a group (semi-private). This program will push you to attain realistic goals through a training program adapted to your physical capabilities.
(No pre-requisite, minimum 3 participants)

Premium / Flexible
Here is a flexible training option that allows you to adapt the sessions to your specific needs. This option is ideal, whether your goals are short-term or long-term. By choosing to do the sessions closer together, you can focus on the quality of certain physical exercises with our kinesiologists, whereas by choosing to space out the four sessions, you can get four separate one-month training plans.
You can spread your sessions out every month for four months so that you can get four one-month training plans. The sessions can be scheduled at your discretion. There are no delays that need to be respected.

INTRODUCTION TO PRIVATE TRAINING
Evaluation + Session + Plan
A training plan is a great way to improve your physical fitness. After your fitness evaluation, you will get a one-hour session with one of our kinesiologists. This session will allow us to give you a structured training program for the month. Every exercise outlined in the plan will be demonstrated, explained and put into practice with us.

Climbing is a sport that requires a balance between mental, technical and physical skills. Our fitness evaluation is a way for us to provide an objective overview of your current physical fitness. It is a great way to begin structured training.
Duration: 60 minutes
Includes a one-hour meeting with one of our kinesiologists to assess your fitness and build your climbing profile.
The meeting is divided into two parts:
1. Setting clear performance goals
2. Assessing your physical fitness through a range of standardized tests
A written assessment will be sent to you after the meeting.

Come train with Vincent in a diversified class focusing on general fitness for climbing and core tension. This class is open to any climber who wants to improve their physical condition and their level in climbing.
FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY
Tuesdays at 7:30PM. 30 minutes (Free of charge with any paid access to Allez Up)
This class is designed to improve climbing-specific flexibility and mobility through a series of diversified circuits. This class will not only help you increase your climbing ability, but will also help prevent injuries.
