In 2026, still driven by the desire to share our enthusiasm and values, we have chosen to align our color circuits with route grading. Our goal is to bring the bouldering philosophy to lead and top-rope climbing: by emphasizing a variety of styles, we break down psychological barriers to prioritize your feel and progression.
Between February 9th and March 1st, Allez UP challenges you: LEVEL UP. Send all the boulders and routes* of the same color in one of our three gyms and get a pin in that circuit's color.
Come climb at Allez UP, beat your goals, push your limits, challenge your friends, and cover your chalk bag, backpack, tote bag, crash pad, or t-shirt with patches!
*Please note: each circuit must be completed between 2 resets!
Level UP isn’t just an excuse to cover your chalk bag with cool patches; it’s primarily our way of promoting our color circuit system, which replaces the grades usually used.
Why? Color circuits offer a broader evaluation of everyone's progress and help overcome the psychological barriers associated with numerical ratings. Our goal is to encourage all climbers to try as many problems and routes as possible without worrying about their difficulty, in order to tackle different climbing styles and become well-rounded, confident climbers.
We owe this reflection to our observations of you, our community, and our desire to make you love climbing as much as we do. To take you as far as possible in your passion.

MILE END
VERDUN
From February 9 to March 1, the goal is to complete your color circuits in both bouldering and roped climbing. Once you’ve sent your projects, come to the front desk to collect your event sticker.
Because our mission is the same for both roped climbing and bouldering. The goal is to move away from grade fixation and focus instead on climbing style and how it feels, exactly as you already do in bouldering.
If you’d like more information on this topic, you can read our MANIFESTO
Complete a full color circuit (in bouldering or roped climbing) in one of our 3 gyms. The idea is to show us that you’ve mastered the circuit :)
*the circuit must be completed between 2 resets
3 coaching sessions (bouldering only), on Mondays in Verdun and Wednesdays in Mile End. For all levels, the coach will answer your questions, give you beta, and share their best tips so you can earn as many stickers as possible.
Note: there are only 10 spots per session, so sign up quickly (links above).
All levels. Whether you’re working on your first yellow circuit in roped climbing or trying to send black in bouldering, the challenge is the same: to progress and diversify your climbing style. So that you love climbing as much as we do and can go as far as your passion takes you.
