We're currently looking for an Assistant Marketing and Events Coordinator in a part time job.(20h/week)

Reporting to the Marketing ans Events Manager, the Assistant Marketing end Events Coordinator is a person with good interpersonal skills, curiosity, dynamism and autonomy. He/she is also highly organized, bold and open-minded.

Support the Marketing and Events Manager in her daily tasks:

  • > Participate in strategic an creative thinking,
  • > Participate in the execution of established communication plans,
  • > Moderate social networks and encourage community interaction,
  • > Contribute to the organization and smooth running of internal and external events,
  • > Support the marketing team in implementing ans optimizing digital advertising strategies,
  • > Regularly analyze industry trends.
  • > You're organized and rigorous, eager to learn and not afraid of a challenge,
  • > You're a positive and caring person, and you're able to make suggestions,
  • > Your sense of practicality and adaptability are your hallmarks,
  • > You know how to work in a team, handle several tasks at once, and are able to cope with sometimes stressful situations,
  • > You have a good knowledge of marketing and communications, and ideally initial experience in events management,
  • > You are familiar with document management and collaboration tools : Microsoft Office / Google Drive / Slack,
  • > You know how to use these digital platforms and their back office : Facebook / Instagram / Brevo (newsletter) / Wordpress / Shopify,
  • > You have a particular interest in climbing and related activities,
  • > You're perfectly at ease speaking and writing in French and English.
