Every first Sunday of the month, we organize climbing workshops for climbers who want to learn or develop their skills.
The workshops will take the form of classes, coaching sessions, lectures... and will be run by Allez UP coaches and in collaboration with other professionals.

BOULDERING101 + STRETCHING
Do you want to try bouldering? Are you interested in discovering Studio Sage? Or maybe even both at the same time?
This workshop is perfect for you! For this occasion, Studio Sage and Allez UP are collaborating to offer you a combined workshop with a 1.5-hour BOULDERING101 course at Allez UP Mile End to learn the basics of bouldering, followed by 30 minutes of targeted stretching at Studio Sage to relax your muscles and joints.
We’ve also set aside some time at the end of the workshop for you to chat with the whole gang.

Ever wondered how to use Mile-End's boards? Join the Kilter Board and Moon Board initiation workshop.
Kilter Board and Moon Board initiation will teach you how to use the Kilter Board and Moon Board, climbing techniques adapted to the boards, terminology of holds and moves, understanding and reading circuits on the Kilter Board and Moon Board. These lessons will provide you with a solid foundation for progress in the world of climbing.
