BOULDERING COACHING FOR ALL CLIMBERS


Allez Up offers weekly coaching sessions open to all levels at its Mile End and Verdun bouldering gyms. Whether you are a beginner or a more experienced climber, these sessions are designed to help you progress, gain confidence, and develop better climbing technique.

Each week, a coaching session is offered in each gym, with dedicated time slots to best support the community. Access is free for Allez Up members and available with a day pass for non-members.

GOOD TO KNOW!


1/ THESE CLINICS ARE OPEN TO EVERYONE. CLIMBERS OF ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE AND CLIMB AT THEIR OWN LEVEL. PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING THE COACHED PORTION (THE FIRST HALF OF THE CLINIC), THE PROBLEMS COVERED WILL RANGE FROM ORANGE TO BLUE. AFTER THAT, PARTICIPANTS ARE FREE TO CLIMB ANY PROBLEMS THEY CHOOSE, WITH GUIDANCE FROM THE COACH.

This is our way of celebrating our community; of highlighting our values and our color circuit system, which replaces the grading systems usually used.

Yes. Coaching sessions are free for Allez Up members. For non-members, access requires a day pass granting entry to the gym and the session.

* Please note: a $10 fee will be charged if you do not show up to the workshop or if you cancel less than 12 hours before the start.

The coaching sessions are open to everyone, regardless of level, from complete beginners to more experienced climbers.

No. Sessions are open to both members and non-members. Members simply benefit from free access.

Yes. The first coaching session of each month in both gyms is reserved for women through the Elevate program, a women-only climbing club.

Ellevate is an initiative created by Allez UP aimed at highlighting women climbers* in their climbing practice.

We are all connected, and through this initiative we want to come together and share our experiences. Ellevate is a friendly, positive, and supportive climbing club where everyone can find their place and feel comfortable developing their skills and confidence through workshops, discussions, and parties!

*By women climbers, we refer to all women and gender-diverse people who climb.

Non-members must purchase a day pass, which includes access to the gym and the coaching session.

Registration is done online via the link on this page. Spots are limited and booking is required.

No minimum level is required. Sessions are designed to support all levels, from beginners to more advanced climbers.
