Allez Up is looking to grow its team. We are now accepting applications for full-time and part-time Supervisor positions. Allez Up is seeking highly motivated individuals to assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the gym.

Promote a positive customer experience
Build relationships with members and guests
Support the management of daily operations
Supervise service employees
Apply the security rules at the center
Manage subscriptions and customer accounts
Coordinate the organization of groups
Ensure the smooth running of the courses
Maintain the cleanliness of the center
Ensure inventory management
Lead special projects
REQUIRED
Experience in people management or team leadership
Experience in a similar or relevant field
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Friendly personality, open-minded character
Ability to make effective decisions in high pressure situations
Demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities
Administrative excellence: organized and goal-oriented
Basic Microsoft Office and Google Drive document management skills.
Acute sense of observation for risk management
Climbing experience and a strong passion for this sport
FAVORITES
Skills in the disciplines of bouldering, sport climbing and traditional climbing
Experience with Rock Gym Pro software
Current certifications in first aid, CPR and DEA.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities and time are shared between shifts and administrative duties
Minimum requirement of four shifts per week, including one weekend day
Evening availability
Confident and comfortable working in a high traffic environment
Constantly standing and walking for long periods of time
Ability to climb, crouch, crawl, balance and kneel
