SUPERVISOR

Allez Up is looking to grow its team. We are now accepting applications for full-time and part-time Supervisor positions. Allez Up is seeking highly motivated individuals to assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the gym.

Promote a positive customer experience

Build relationships with members and guests

Support the management of daily operations

Supervise service employees

Apply the security rules at the center

Manage subscriptions and customer accounts

Coordinate the organization of groups

Ensure the smooth running of the courses

Maintain the cleanliness of the center

Ensure inventory management

Lead special projects

REQUIRED

  • Experience in personnel management or team leadership

  • Experience in a similar or relevant field

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively

  • Friendly personality and open-minded character

  • Ability to make effective decisions in high-pressure situations

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities

  • Strong administrative skills: organized and goal-oriented

  • Basic document management skills using Microsoft Office and Google Drive

  • Strong observational skills for risk management

  • Climbing experience and a strong passion for the sport

  • Fluency in written and spoken French

  • Fluency in spoken English: The supervisor must regularly be able to intervene in any high-risk situation, in both French and English.

 

ASSETS

  • Skills in bouldering, sport climbing, and trad climbing

  • Experience with Rock Gym Pro software

  • Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED

  • Certified personal trainer

 

ENVIRONMENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Responsibilities and time are divided between shifts and administrative duties

  • Minimum requirement of four shifts per week, including one weekend day

  • Evening availability required

  • Confident and comfortable working in a high-traffic environment

  • Ability to stand and walk continuously for extended periods of time

  • Ability to climb, crouch, crawl, balance, and kneel
