For experienced climbers only.
Before you can enroll in the lead course, you must pass a quick assessment. This is a 5.10b-c climb allowing us to ensure that your climbing and belaying technique meets our requirements.
Once completed, you will receive an email containing all the information relating to the course as well as the link for the available dates.
The evaluation can be done at any time, depending on occupancy.
Your potential partners will also need to be assessed.
If you haven't found a partner yet, you can fill out a separate form and have access to a list of people in the same situation as you.
A lead accreditation test is administered following 6 hours of course. Additional instruction is required if the accreditation test is not passed after the initial instruction.

Must be able to comfortably climb 5.10, an evaluation with a staff member is mandatory.
It is important to be able to climb this grade because it will mean that you can completely concentrate on learning how to lead instead of the climb itself.
You must be top-rope accredited at Allez Up.
Ideally, should have a partner with whom the weight ratio is safe. If you do not have a partner we may be able to help you find one.
