F.A.Q.

First-time clients who want a training plan will complete an initial assessment that includes a questionnaire and a strength test. Then, the coach will recommend a training plan or private coaching. Afterward, clients can repurchase additional training plans, private coaching sessions, or retake the strength test. For clients seeking occasional coaching or to improve their climbing technique, they can opt for a private coaching session.

Coaching focuses on climbing technique, with your coach providing feedback to help you refine movement and skills. Training is designed to build strength, power and endurance–both on and off the wall–through workouts and specific climbing exercises.

No, all level 1, 2, and 3 training plans include only one 60-minute session with the coach. If you’d like more time, you can purchase additional private coaching sessions separately.

Climbing requires a variety of physical abilities that one training day alone can’t develop. Your training plan incorporates diverse exercises to target weaknesses, prevent injuries and build a balanced body.

While you may have similar goals and a similar training structure, each person’s strengths and weaknesses are unique. For optimal results, each person should undergo their own initial assessment and receive a personalized training plan.

The TINDEQ is a tool that measures real-time force data to assess strength, power and endurance in the finger flexors and upper body. It provides standardized testing, ensuring accurate, consistent data to track your performance and progress.

Your training plan includes a 60-minute private session to review the exercises and ensure proper form. Each exercise also includes visual and textual references for guidance. If you have further questions, you can book a 15-minute online follow-up or an additional private coaching session.

After your private coaching session, a Google Drive folder containing your training plan and strength testing data will be sent to you.

The coach is available on Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. If these times don't work for you, please email [email protected].

The 6-week training plan includes one private coaching session, where we’ll review your training plan and address any questions you have. If you’d like additional sessions, you can purchase extra private coaching sessions separately.

A training day may include strength and conditioning exercises, climbing drills, finger and upper body training, and mobility exercises. The specific exercises in your training plan will depend on your climbing experience, training level, and personal goals.
