DISCOVERY GROUPS:

INTRODUCTION TO ROCK CLIMBING FOR KIDS

The goal of this group is to introduce children to rock climbing in a safe and playful environment.

The athletes are exposed to rope climbing and bouldering in a group setting that is dynamic and stimulating. Children are encouraged to push their limits and develop new skills each week, supporting both their climbing progress and overall active lifestyle. By the end of the course, they will have a basic understanding of the skills used in climbing.

At Allez Up, we believe that younger kids maximize their chances to discover a passion in sports if they engage in a diversity of physical activities. Our goal is to create an environment where children feel comfortable expressing themselves and learning how to stay active. This course includes skill development lessons, practical application, and climbing related games.

DEVELOPMENT GROUPS:

REFINE YOUR CLIMBING SKILLS

The objective of this group is to improve the athlete’s climbing skills and help them meet their personal goals in bouldering and rope climbing, without the pressure of competitive climbing.

This group builds upon the introductory skills learned in the Discovery Program and focuses on the application of these in various climbing contexts. Development groups are exposed to related activities such as mobility and physical conditioning. Through this, the children are encouraged to test their limits and learn new skills that will support both their climbing progress and averall active lifestyles. Athlesetes can exprect a hugher required level of motivation, engagement, and structure than recreational climbing programs.

Our goal is to create an environment where children feel comfortable expressing themselves and learning how to stay active. We believe that they will thrive if they are surrounded by like minded, passionate athletes.
